Wedding "Day Of" Service
Starts at $650 (only a deposit of 25% required)
(MOST POPULAR)
This service is for the couples who only need someone to coordinate the big day. We will have an initial consultation and then we will be in touch starting 45-60 days prior to your wedding date. This includes but is not limited to your vendors, your ceremony and reception, your guest assistance, transportation, set-up and clean up and entire checklist and timeline of the day. We will also discuss email, text, and phone support. Price includes 12 hrs for the wedding day and additional hours can be discussed if needed.
PARTIAL PLANNING SERVICE (HOURLY)
Starts at $35/hr (only a deposit of 25% required)
This service includes professional assistance for your wedding which can be used for your Big Day which typically is a 10hr day or simply to assist in the planning. Your planning hours can be used for many different tasks including but not limited to: checking vendor availability, attendance at vendor meetings, design and décor advice/meetings, assistance with budget projection, and assembly of favors or stationery. Some small services provided that can sometimes get lost include RSVP management, favors, stationery assembly, proposal boxes, bouquet assembly, dinner reservations, bachelor/bachelorette party planning, etc.
This service has an 8hr minimum.
Complete planning Service
Starts at $3500 (only a 10% deposit required)
This service is for couples who need help from beginning to end with almost every detail. It will begin with an initial consultation and for us to get as much information about your vision so it can be executed to the fullest. Throughout the planning process, we will cover budget projection, venues, music/entertainment, bakeries, floral, décor, rentals, transportation etc. We will also discuss cute newer ideas like bridesmaid/groomsmen proposals and also stationery, dresses, makeup, hair, officiant, etc. This service includes our "Day Of" coordination as well. No stone will be left unturned. Price includes 100 hrs of service (valued at $5000)
